Gray Matters – If you want to discover what you can do to maintain the health of your brain (and who doesn’t) come to CHAI for our monthly Brain Class. Each class discusses evidence-based good news using applied brain science in plain English! You will be inspired! First Fridays from 10:00-12:00 in the downstairs conference room.
Exercise Class – We have “You Can Do It” exercise classes, held weekly at the Imperial (Mondays at 10:00), the Elmont (Tuesdays at 10:00) and the Windsor House (Wednesdays at 11:00). Call for details and join your friends for fun and fitness!
Healthy Cooking Class – Are you tired eating the same thing? Do your recipes make more food that you want to eat? On the second Monday of every month, join the fun of trying something new! Every month two new recipes are provided, and each one includes a single serving version. Come try new healthy soups, salads, smoothies and more from 12:30 to 1:30pm at CHAI. (downstairs conference room) Kosher Dietary Laws observed.
